About me
My Story
I was born on April 24, 1989, in Karachi, Pakistan—the vibrant city of lights. My father was both an educator and a businessman. He served as a principal and ran a well-known school, Saint Peters, as a family business. Growing up in such a sophisticated and educational environment had a profound impact on me. From an early age, I was inspired by his discipline, leadership, and vision, which shaped my entrepreneurial mindset.
After gaining early experience, I began building my own ventures. I started by opening bike showrooms, departmental stores, and restaurants—each one teaching me valuable lessons about strategy, growth, and resilience.
I expanded into real estate in 2019 by founding Four Apple Real Estate. Through hard work and vision, it became one of the leading real estate companies in Dubai, generating billions of dirhams in revenue.
In 2021, I launched Four Apple Holiday Homes, further diversifying my business portfolio. I then brought all my ventures together under one umbrella—Four Apple Group—to create a stronger, unified identity.
My journey hasn’t been without challenges. There were tough times, but I never let obstacles define me. Instead, they became fuel for my determination. In 2024, I stepped into the car rental industry and founded Four Apple Rent A Car, which is now rapidly growing and making its mark in the market.
Every chapter of my story reflects persistence, vision, and an unwavering belief in turning ideas into reality.
Sunain's Pet House
Sunain is an animal lover and has a collection of pets. Therefore, he built a pet house in his hometown, where he pets Dogs, Horses, Cats, Giraffes, and more. He nurtures them with passion, excellent care, and love. He treats them as his family, reflecting Sunain’s profound compassion and deep-rooted love for animals and his dedicated environmental and wildlife conservation efforts.
Sunain’s days are a blend of rigorous professional disciplines and personal passions. Mornings might find him strategizing with his team or cycling through the less traveled paths, drawing parallels between the challenges of biking and business—both requiring persistence, strategy, and a clear vision. His evenings are often spent caring for rescued exotic animals at his renowned Pet House in Pakistan, embodying his belief in compassion and responsibility.
